Our professional Coaching Supervision programme is aimed at would be supervisors: those independent or organisational coaching practitioners with a minimum of 3 years coaching experience who wish to deepen their practice whilst developing a whole person, whole system approach to supervisory work and relationship. This programme is accredited by the Association for Coaching and is one of the very few programmes in the north to offer coaching supervision.
Facilitated by Oasis Co-Director Marion Ragaliauskas and long-standing Oasis Associate and founding member of the Association for Coaching, Benita Treanor. Together they bring over 60 years of experience of working in the field of human relations, as one to one, group and organisational development practitioners, and decades of experience as supervisors of developmental processes and practice.
