Oasis Human Relations has been developing coaches for over 30 years through a distinctly relational and whole-person approach. Based in Boston Spa, West Yorkshire, our work brings together professional rigour with deep personal development.
Coaching with Head, Heart & Soul is our flagship, year-long coaching programme. Accredited by the Association for Coaching, it is designed for those who want to become thoughtful, capable, and grounded practitioners – able to work with the complexity of real human situations.
This is not a programme about learning a model and applying it. It is about becoming someone who can coach.

The Programme
A one-year, in-person coaching diploma delivered across five modules.
Held at our centre in Boston Spa, the programme offers an immersive learning experience that unfolds over time – allowing you to integrate learning into your life and practice between modules.
You will develop:
- A strong grounding in coaching practice and ethics
- The capacity to work with complexity, emotion, and uncertainty
- Greater self-awareness and presence as a practitioner
- The confidence to coach individuals, teams, and organisations

In-person, relational learning

Accreditation
We are proud that our programmes are accredited by the Association for Coaching, an internationally recognised professional body. You can choose whether you opt for a certificate or diploma-level qualification. During the time you study with us, you will have free student membership of the Association and on graduation, you will be able to move onto the fast track to personal accreditation. Coaching Programme Cost
We offer a sliding scale of fees and are always open to a conversation regarding this. Our pricing starts from £3295 for self-funders, £3995 for and not-for-profits and £4995 for organisations. This covers the full 5 modules throughout the year, along with professional mentoring and supervision of your practice.

A non-repayable coaching bursary is available for our for applicants working in social change. We are particularly interested in supporting applicants from organisations in the North who meet the eligibility criteria and you can find out more about this here
