Su’s broad-ranging experience in marketing, brand strategy, engagement and communication comes from working with a wide range of not-for-profits within the creative industries, heritage and charity sectors. Previous senior marketing communication roles include Birmingham Royal Ballet, National Railway Museum, National Coal Mining Museum, Leeds Playhouse, York Theatre Royal, and St Luke’s Hospice, Sheffield.

Su now works with Oasis part time on a freelance basis, continuing to support all aspects of strategic communication, marketing, insight, and delivery.
