Mo offers a reflective space to explore challenges from a Whole Person perspective that includes head, heart and body. She helps teams and individuals to find the right tools for re-regulating, getting grounded and feeling safe enough to navigate sensitive territory. Mo combines a passion for coaching and experience in working with themes such as identity, power dynamics and relationships in the workplace to offer thoughtful, tailored support to help clients get started or unstuck.
Mo’s mission is helping to develop communities and workplaces that foster mutuality, courageous communication and creativity. She has a particular interest in workplace wellbeing, especially in the not-for-profit, public and creative sectors.
Mo has two decades’ experience in the youth sector, supporting young people through traumatic experiences, leading teams in complex change processes, and contributing to educational research.
Mo also trained for seven years in a multidisciplinary performance psychology programme that encompassed embodied voice, breath work, somatic trauma work, Transactional Analysis and other modalities. Mo is passionate about singing, and facilitates singing for wellbeing programmes in various community settings. They also offer burnout prevention workshops and retreats for helping professionals.
Mo has been involved with Oasis for around ten years in various capacities. Firstly, as a participant in coaching and leadership programmes and a member of the Peer Works community and later, as an Associate and member of the RAW (Resilience, Adaptability and Wellbeing) Hub and the Embodying Change programme. Mo is also leading on the development of a new project offering coaching and wellbeing support to vulnerable young adults and the professionals who work with them.
