Holly oversees projects, contracts and holds budgets for parts of finance.

Holly joined Oasis in the spring of 2019 as maternity cover for the Finance Administrator role and quickly made a lasting impact, transitioning into a full-time position due to her exceptional skills and dedication. Over the years, her role has expanded significantly; she now oversees a variety of projects and manages new contracts, playing a crucial part in our organisational growth.

In her current capacity, Holly is responsible for the financial operations of Whole Person at Work, room hire, and diverse programming initiatives. Her keen analytical skills and attention to detail ensure that we remain financially sound while delivering high-quality services to our clients.

Before joining Oasis, Holly honed her expertise at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. In that fast-paced environment, she played a vital role in the day-to-day operations of a busy office, focusing on staff development and budget management. Her experiences there equipped her with a solid foundation in finance and operations, which she now brings to her work at Oasis.

Holly is a dedicated professional at Oasis and a vibrant member of her community. She is happily married, and together they share their lives with an energetic dog who keeps them on their toes. When she’s not busy at work, Holly enjoys exploring new hobbies, spending time outdoors, and creating lasting memories with her family. Her love for adventure and connection shines through in everything she does!
