Esther Hall Bio

Esther Hall

Esther is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society with a MSc in Occupational Psychology.

Esther is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society with a MSc in Occupational Psychology. She has worked in a variety of settings with individuals, teams/groups and organisations, as well as in community settings. These experiences have coalesced into an interest in how groups of people can convene more deeply and meaningfully with each other and our world.

Esther has worked predominantly in the public and voluntary sectors and is currently working on organisational development with a focus on values and inner development, encompassing a wide range of approaches for transformation. This is alongside work to support the Inner Development Goals agenda of the UN with a view to enhancing how we approach complex problems of our time.

Esther brings systems thinking, adult development, behaviour change and complexity  together with practices of deep connection within ourselves, each other, our world and the universe at large. This approach brings Esther’s practice, experience alongside the academic aspects of this work to the same table. The purpose is for organisations and groups to feel into those deeper places of themselves to bring different ways of approaching old problems.

Esther also has a passion for creating experiences for people and organisations to explore the edges of their internal and external systems and whether or not the universe / something bigger than ourselves plays a part. What can be lost and gained by expanding where we operate from?

She is a keen spiritual explorer, always alight with the magic of what we experience but can’t necessarily explain or measure. She acknowledges the millions of ways this can show up: music, walking, exercise, swimming, painting, singing and so much more…and is absorbed in the exploration.
