A series of six, monthly 3-hour sessions on zoom for leaders. Opening up space to share thoughts, feelings and ideas with a diverse group of leaders from many sectors, all with a genuine curiosity about what the future brings and what it means for them and their organisations.
We are now emerging from a second more brutal wave of the pandemic and another long lockdown, but there is some hope with the successful vaccination programme. Current leadership models and our practices are being sorely tested.
Different competencies and skills may be required. We have seen power dynamics change and people working, communicating and leading in totally different ways.
What does all this mean to someone running an organisation – what new capabilities, skills, understandings, and resources will they need?
In Spring 2020, as a response to the pandemic, Oasis hosted a series of three CEO Gatherings under the banner of Navigating Uncertainty. We wanted to provide a space to connect, have dialogue, share, explore and in doing so find support and stimulation for leaders during the height of the pandemic. These two-hour Zoom meetings were incredibly popular and over 70 people took part.
“Great food for thought. Opened my mind. Thank you.”
“Best two hours I’ve had for a long time – thank you.”
– CEO Gathering Attendees
