Our programmes are open to individuals and can all be made bespoke for your organisation and delivered in-house. They typically attract people who take a responsible approach to their learning. We offer short programmes over two or three days, long-term programmes of several modules over a year and we also host a variety of programmes from guest facilitators, all internationally renowned in their fields.

They all run over twelve months and involve our unique self and peer assessment process.
