Writing for Resilience

This four-day programme is for practitioners interested in exploring and developing creative ways of being more resilient, personally and professionally, using a range of expressive and reflective writing practices.

Resilience is characterised by a strengths-based, meaning and purpose-led approach to life. Building resilience enables adaptability and the ability to deal with challenges and change.

We will work in a supportive facilitated group with the theme of building resilience using creative experiential prompts and structured writing practices.

It can help us access our own inner wisdom, achieve different perspectives and tackle challenges more effectively.

Writing for resilience can enable you to take an active role in promoting your own self care and wellbeing and once learned is always there for you.
