We have been delivering coaching courses for many years. We work in partnership with your organisation if you are wanting to cultivate a collaborative and coaching culture. We offer our coaching courses to develop your in house coaching skills; especially for leaders and managers motivated to add brilliant coaching to the ways they lead.
We are also able to offer executive coaching services to organisations where qualified, external, and independent support is required to sustain the quality of leadership and talent within your organisation.

We also work with individuals who want to develop as practitioners whose core work is supporting the development of others. We work with HR, L&D and Change practitioners as well as leaders and managers who want to deepen the impact they have with their team’s development.
We also support a large community of freelance and self-employed coaches who are running their own businesses offering coaching and development work to their clients.

We provide 121 coaching to hundreds of people in key roles within organisations such as housing associations, not-for-profits, schools, digital and creative agencies, FMCG companies and social enterprises. We understand what makes people succeed in leadership and management positions as well as in the emerging roles of change agent, facilitator and collaborative leader. All of our coaches work with our unique Whole Person approach.
As well as offering 121 coaching to support your people and leaders we can also work with you to bring coaching courses into your organisation. We find organisations who take this approach are often looking to create a more empowered and collaborative culture where their people can thrive.
We have more than 30 years’ experience offering coaching training for those wanting to enhance their individual skills or create a coaching culture at work.
Coaching for practitioners
We support coaches at all levels of experience whether you are an absolute beginner or a seasoned practitioner with many years of experience. Our approach is to cultivate the skills and confidence which enable you to flourish in your work developing others. We support you to learn and deepen your understanding and relationship with our Whole Person approach to coaching; so that you in turn can discover your authentic style of working with others, and become adept at adapting your approach to meet emergent needs of your clients.
We work with practitioners in a number of ways;
- Coaching course: Coaching with head, heart and soul. An accredited, year long coaching course that will give you all the tools to work confidently with others in a developmental relationship
- Shorter programmes: We offer many additional learning opportunities. Two of our shorter programmes which are popular with practitioners engaged in coaching development are Skills for Change and Speak to be Heard. Both these programmes run twice a year and book up fast, register your interest to not miss out
- Supervision: 121 or peer group supervision to enhance and deepen your coaching as well as working around blocks and challenges which arise in your work
- 121 Coaching: We have a wide community of experienced coaches able to support other you in developing your confidence, practice and work in developing others as well as supporting your resilience and well-being
- Community: we are vibrant learning community and take pleasure in learning and growing together as peers
