Experience has been Claire’s dearest teacher, along with the ancient Greek aphorism “know thyself”, including a willingness to dive into the more shadowy elements of the self.
We will be exploring her insights into the kind of leadership needed for what can seem like a very uncertain future, the kind of attributes and skills leaders need, and how to create an environment where those kinds of skills can be developed and valued.
