A One-Day Workshop for Coaches and Facilitators: Restoring Energy and Sustainable Ways of Working
Are you working with clients, colleagues, or teams who are experiencing sustained pressure, high levels of stress, or signs of burnout? In a context of constant change, increasing demands, and ongoing uncertainty, it can be hard to maintain balance and listen to early warning signs. Over time, people often slip into unhelpful patterns where energy is depleted and personal needs are pushed aside simply to keep going.
This is a one-day programme and equates to seven CPD hours.
So how can we work more skilfully with burnout in others and in ourselves in ways that build awareness, restore agency, and support healthier, more sustainable choices?
In this one-day workshop, facilitated by Oasis Associate Jane Senior, we will explore ways of working that help people recognise what is really happening with their energy, understand the factors contributing to burnout, and identify where there is still choice and influence, even under pressure.
What will you learn?
How to recognise early signals of energy depletion and burnout in yourself and others
How burnout differs from stress or anxiety, and why this matters in practice
A practical way of understanding and working with personal energy that can be used with clients, colleagues, or teams
Approaches for supporting people at risk of burnout, moving appropriately between support and challenge
9.30am – 4.30pm
