A One-Day Workshop for Coaches, Facilitators, and Helpers: Meeting Self-Doubt and Inadequacy with Love, Not Fear
Impostor syndrome has become a hot topic, with more people opening up about the self-limiting beliefs that hinder their success and achievements. Many experience feelings of self-doubt, inadequacy, or a fear of being exposed as a fraud—wondering if they truly have anything interesting to say.
This workshop is designed to support you in developing a kinder relationship with these feelings. Through compassionate practices, you will learn to recognise the sensations and emotions associated with impostor feelings. You will cultivate internal awareness and discover that there is a choice: to identify with the imposter or to gradually reconnect with other more understanding aspects of yourself.
Throughout this workshop, we will explore:
- How impostor syndrome shows up for you and practical strategies to address it
- Approaching feelings of fraudulence and inadequacy with compassion and understanding
- Techniques for working with the body when feelings of impostorism are at their peak
Join us to deepen your self-awareness, foster self-compassion, and empower yourself and others to meet self-doubt with love rather than fear.
