A One-Day Workshop for anyone wanting to explore their relationship with money
What is money, really?
It shapes choices, opportunities, relationships, and power. It touches nearly every part of our lives, and yet it often remains unexamined, avoided, or reduced to something purely transactional.
Money is both universal and deeply personal. Our relationship to it is shaped by family stories, culture, privilege, scarcity, education, and lived experience. Many of us were never given a safe space to explore those stories.
This workshop is an invitation to do exactly that.
Money as a Mirror
In this one-day immersive experience, we approach money not as a problem to solve, but as a mirror reflecting our patterns around value, visibility, power, generosity, boundaries, and self-worth.
Through biography work, systemic constellations, and creative, embodied practices, we explore
• How money has shaped your life story
• The beliefs and behaviours that quietly influence your choices
• Where your relationship with money feels stuck and where it is ready to evolve
Together, we shift from being unconsciously shaped by money narratives to consciously shaping our relationship with it.
For Your Work
This day offers not only personal insight, but also practical, adaptable approaches you can bring into coaching and organisational settings, opening conversations about money in ways that feel grounded, relational, and human.
