Stephen works one-to-one and with groups and has a flexible coaching and facilitation style which is always focussed on bringing out the very best in the person or team that he is working with. The client is always at the centre. It is grounded in a belief that sustainable development and transformation happen through authentic connection, empathetic but practical insights and a relentless focus on enabling others to thrive. He creates a safe yet appropriately challenging space where individuals and teams can explore new perspectives, build self-belief and capability, and unlock their full potential. Drawing on a blend of coaching, mentoring, and experiential learning, Stephen supports clients to navigate complexity, drive personal, team and cultural transformation and embed sustainable change.

Stephen brings energy, curiosity, and a global perspective to his practice. He is an accredited coach, holds an MSc in Organisational Development & Change from Ashridge as well as being certified in a range of personal and team development methodologies. A lifelong leaner, he is currently exploring the quest for identity and purpose in the world of work through his doctoral studies.

He enjoys travel, languages, music, gardening, exploring new cultures and conversation. He is committed to lifelong learning and believes in the power of authentic relationships to drive meaningful change.
