Jane Senior

Jane works with senior leaders and leadership teams navigating complexity, change and the increasing influence of technology in the workplace.

She works across sectors including energy, technology, financial services, retail and manufacturing, often in organisations operating at scale, under pressure and amid ongoing transformation.

With over 30 years’ experience in leadership development, coaching and organisational change, Jane partners with leaders to strengthen clarity of thought, personal authority, relational depth and sustainable energy. She supports them to navigate complexity without losing themselves in the process.

Her approach creates the conditions for honest, grounded and often courageous conversations, enabling individuals and teams to surface what is really happening, think more clearly, and act with greater intention and impact. Clients value her ability to bring both challenge and support, helping them cut through noise, strengthen judgement and lead in a way that is both effective and authentic.

Jane has worked with leaders in a range of complex and high-performing environments. Recent clients include ASML, Qatar Petroleum and Bettys & Taylors Group, alongside earlier work with organisations such as Barclays, AstraZeneca and Marks & Spencer.

Together with her organisational work, Jane has a strong interest in how leaders navigate complexity and technological change, using these to support thinking and decision-making without weakening their own voice or discernment.

She also brings a practical understanding of performance and energy through her background as an endurance athlete and Personal Trainer. Having represented Great Britain in long-distance triathlon, she understands first-hand the importance of resilience, recovery and sustainable effort insights she brings directly into her work with leaders.

Jane holds an MBA (Distinction), an Advanced Diploma in Counselling, and qualifications in coaching, NLP and psychometrics.
