Good Governance is Everything
…it starts with the planet and ends with yourself!
Wherever we work, how we do it is a matter of applying a set of values based principles (tacit or explicit). This is governance. This Salon explores at a practical Board and Leadership level, how we govern to embrace the needs of our enterprise, social complexity, the planet and our individual responsibilities? The result may look and feel like an engaging board game, something we are eager to play for the joy of playing and for rewarding results for stakeholders, communities and the planet.
Following an initial exploration of our core questions about governance and the generative challenges we are facing, Dr. Louis Klein will deepen our thinking by exploring what he has learnt from turning a winery into an organic wine farm, a case study you can taste as he promised to bring some bottles.
Louis is internationally recognised in the field of systemic governance, change navigation and complex project management. His award winning work encompasses systems thinking, cybernetics, action research. Louis is an acknowledged thought leader, change agent, and author, and a member of the German Association of Political Consultants. Currently he serves as dean of the European School of Governance.
There will be small group dialogues to co-create shared understanding, wisdom through difference and actions to encourage new insights and learning.
