The Oasis Foundation is delighted to be able to offer two bursaries for the Oasis Real Leaders Programme 2019.
This up close and personal programme gives participants an opportunity to effectively invest in their relationships and internal resources as a leader.
Applications are welcome from leaders in not-for-profit organisations committed to collaborative working and social change. We are particularly interested in applications from Yorkshire-based organisations.
The bursary offers the chance to develop as a resilient, relational leader equipped to deal with a fast-paced changing world.
The award is a total of £4,000. It is for leaders and managers in social change organisations with five or more full time members of staff.

The deadline for applications is 30th April, 2019.
The Real Leaders programme starts in September 2019 at the Oasis Centre, Boston Spa, West Yorkshire.
