O Zone September 2016

Change is a constant in our lives, whether it's an appointment falling through at the last minute or a major life upheaval. It can be uncalled for, or something we plan for and welcome.

How we frame change and its effect on us can shape our response and how we manage it.

Next month Benita Treanor will co-facilitate one of our most popular programmes, Skills for Change. She writes here about ‘Surviving and thriving through change’ and you can also read more on our website: ‘What’s my relationship with change?’

You can find out more about this and the other programmes we offer by following the links at the bottom of this email.

This issue of the O Zone also brings news of one of our partner organisations, Reclaim, and the work of the COMMIT Initiative in the Republic of Georgia to explore management education for a better world.

And we bring sad news of the death of Michael Scott, a long-time supporter of Oasis.
