The summit, which is the housing sector’s leading conference, combines the National Housing Federation’s flagship event with Future Housing Leaders 2018.
Claire will run a session at Future Housing Leaders on transformational leadership under the title: “Don’t follow the crowd, let the crowd follow you.”
She will focus on how to foster innovation by challenging assumptions about what can and can’t be done, the importance of culture and how to create the right one.
She will then deliver an interactive session for the National Housing Summit exploring cutting-edge approaches to traditional management challenges on the topic of “Out with the Old School”. Who needs chief executives anyway? Explore some of the different leadership models being employed elsewhere – could they work for housing associations?
