Coaching and Mentoring with Head, Heart and Soul participants – before and after the programme
The group recently completed the year-long programme, successfully graduating with the tools, skills and confidence to work with others one-to-one. For some they will be using their skills to begin working as coaches and developers. Others will be bringing the coaching skills they developed on the programme into their roles as managers.
They come from a wide range of backgrounds, each bringing different kinds of experience and expertise to the group.
All have taken a Whole Person approach to learning, developing themselves to be the best that they can be. With the support of experienced facilitators Glyn Fussell and Carole-Ann Jones, each participant was able to find their own style of working that is authentic and sustainable.
