What do you do when the cracks start to appear in your concept of reality? When you think you know how the world works, what reality is and then you stop for a while, stop rushing from place to place, stop continually doing stuff and find there is more to it than you thought.

To conclude our recent five-day programme in the Republic of Georgia we did an exercise where a group sits down without using chairs. You may have been part of this yourself. Forming a tight circle, each person sits on the knees of the person behind. Through collective effort, the seemingly impossible is achieved. It’s a lot of fun – often causing surprise and hilarity in equal measures.
Whilst it is true that change is a constant, how often do we give attention to what capacity we have available, or our ability or capability to deal with the consequences of change? What's our relationship to change? What levels of skill might be required for us to navigate the consequences of meeting the demands of that change?
