A party was held at mima (Middlesbrough Institute of Modern Art), with special guest Lord Best, former director of the British Churches Housing Trust, the National Federation of Housing Associations, the Joseph Rowntree Foundation and Joseph Rowntree Housing Trust. He is currently President of the Local Government Association and Chair of Hanover Housing Group.
Other speakers included Angela Lockwood, Chief Executive for North Star Housing Group, and Jed Lester, Chair of the Board for North Star Housing Group.
