With 15 years’ experience leading teams at a senior level in fast-paced and tough environments, Jennifer has a strong empathy for the demands of running organisations in today’s challenging environment and the importance of people in that success.
She brings together her commercial savviness with her passion for understanding what’s at the heart of people in order to create an environment where people can thrive despite their differences.
Her approach is grounded in the philosophy that we need to find a way to be ourselves, speak our truth and live bravely if we’ve any chance of living contentedly and behaving successfully.
She brings a breath of fresh air to any project and a dash of northern charm. She will inspire you to think outside of your comfort zone, helping you to have fun along your way to better understanding.
Having trained as a coach ‘on the job’ whilst a senior leader in the telecommunications sector, she is also an NLP practitioner, certified as a DiSC psychometric profiling practitioner, has two degrees and two diplomas. She has led teams in Marketing, Internal Communications and Employee Engagement and before leaving employment, was rated in the top 5 per cent of leaders across a pool of 500+ leaders.
She is also super passionate about emotional and mental wellness in the workplace, having studied Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. She brings together wisdom from the body, mind and heart and believes wellbeing should be a foundation to any successful employee experience.
