Who we are

We are a school of human relations working through programmes, consultancy, individual practice and facilitation engaging some 20 staff, directors and associates with a further 90 individual practitioners around the UK. Given we are a relatively small organisation we have a significant network and reach across the globe.

We bring years of experience working with participants and clients, shaping and developing whole person and whole organisation learning approaches that help them work with some of their core questions in an increasingly complex and uncertain environment.

Together we live with what it means to be part of a peer based organisation.
