An Essential Oasis Programme

Who’s it for?

What’s next for me? Where I am heading? What do I want to be doing in the future?

These are key questions for all of us at different times in our lives.

Whether you are facing redundancy or changes in your personal life, at a career crossroads or standstill, working out a shift in circumstances and direction, in transition or stuck in a rut, this programme is for you.

Benefits

The two-day programme will give you the chance to step back, take stock and work out your next steps.

It will enable you to become more conscious of the opportunities and constraints in the phase of life ahead, empowering you to bring your full commitment to your life direction.

It is supported by Where Do I Go From Here? a career and personal development manual.

“A great space to take the time out to think, plan and develop strategies and structures for dissection.”

Gail Clark – Learning Partnership

Programme Elements

The programme involves using a series of simple but effective methods to review life patterns, career themes and personal questions together.

The Oasis Approach

  • You will work alone, in pairs and threes as the exercises build a way forward
  • We will use linear methods and creative methods to look at themes from different perspectives
  • You will be encouraged to explore and deepen your understanding in a relaxed learning environment.
