Open Programmes

Our human relations practice places learners at the centre of their learning.

It is based on our years of experience unlocking the internal resources of individuals, groups and organisations.

Participants are encouraged to practise and develop their new approaches and skills in a peer-based learning context.

We offer a range of programmes on themes that emerge from our work around critical questions.

They include Essential Oasis, core short courses that introduce our approach and ways of working; Associate Oasis, workshops run by Associates; and Visiting Oasis, talks and seminars by guest speakers.

The majority of our open programmes are held at the Oasis centre in Boston Spa.
