A bespoke programme to build a shared understanding of the strategic principles and direction of the commissioning organisation.
Participants explore issues of accountability, responsibility, authority, collaboration, action, leadership, stewardship and globally responsible practice.
For those who want to understand themselves and their own approaches to these issues in order to more effectively apply collaborative, responsible approaches to authentic leadership.

- A shared sense of understanding and ownership of the future picture and how to work with the strategic implications

- Each aspect of ‘RASCAL’ will be explored and applied throughout the programme in ways unique to the individuals involved, enhancing individual and organisational awareness, action and impact
- Core skills required for effective human relations and authentic leadership, at the heart of developing project, people and process approaches
- Individual learning contracts to enable each participant to address their learning needs
- Opportunities for feedback and self and peer based review and assessment
- Specific assignments (applied) designed by the participants to assist them in achieving the objectives for the programme including their individual learning objectives.

The Oasis Approach
- Modular structure of fifteen days including non-residential and residential modules and a final review day
