In-house Programme
Back to Commissioned ProgrammesEffective Mentoring and Coaching
A programme to develop mentoring, coaching and development skills within organisations to offer guidance and direction to others.
Who for?
Sometimes we are asked to mentor others. The request may be part of an induction process. Someone may seek us out because of our life/work experience.
A younger person may be looking for guidance in finding their direction in life – and for some, mentoring and coaching is the way we earn our living.
This programme is for anyone who has a particular interest in mentoring and leading oneself and/or others.
It will be of particular interest to those who enjoy being personally stretched and who learn best through doing and praxis.
