Who for?

Increasingly, many organisations value the development of the individual self as a means to organisational health and innovation.

This programme is for those looking at moving beyond current working practices to become an organisation where departments work interdependently as part of a continuous process.

And for organisations wanting to develop increased consciousness, self-awareness and relationship skills in those in key roles.

Benefits

The programme will equip leaders with a greater level of skill for selecting, managing, leading and developing employees and teams within the ‘givens’ of the organisation.

It will develop skills including empowerment, participation, accountability, responsibility, action and flexibility.

Programme Elements

The six-day programme is divided into three two-day modules.

It will deepen understanding and skill in a range of organisational processes, specifically project and change management, coaching, delegation and decision making.

It will develop managers’ skills in recognising and managing the impact of stress in self and others, raise self-awareness of own behaviour with others (including beliefs, intentions, motivation and emotional competence) and enhance self and peer assessment skills.

And it will introduce managers and potential leaders, through inter-active approaches, to the enabling and collaborating skills that would enhance their application of managing and leading in practice.

The Oasis Approach

You will work alone, in pairs and threes, as well as learning from others in the full group over the two days.

We will use ‘linear’ methods and creative methods to look at themes from different perspectives.

Participants are encouraged to explore and deepen their understanding in a relaxed learning environment.
