In-house Programme
Back to Commissioned ProgrammesCollaboration In Action
For organisations wanting to enhance authentic collaboration among leaders, managers and teams in the workplace.
Who for?
This in-house programme is delivered in organisations that want to enhance levels of authentic collaboration in the workplace.
It is for all leaders, managers and team members who want to work collaboratively both within and between groups.
Benefits
The programme will provide the opportunity to develop a growing awareness of who you are, how you operate and your impact and influence on those you work with and your organisation.
It is an exciting and demanding programme which will provide you with opportunities to reflect on your own practice and allow you to examine your relationships with issues such as power, authority and responsibility in the context of your workplace.
Collaboration in Action will allow time for personal individual reflection, clarification and challenge as well as the development of specific skills around negotiation and mediation.
Programme Elements
Collaboration in Action embodies through its design, content and facilitation the principle of collaborative working, the practice of negotiation and an application to ‘real time’ issues.
Throughout the programme, you will be encouraged to explore, identify and consider the polarities of choice and responsibility, risk and safety, power to and power over yourself and others.
As such, the facilitation will mirror and model consultative and participative ways of working.
You will be introduced to many new ideas including the opportunity to discover what working collaboratively means to you and the Oasis Seven Stage Model of effective human relations, an approach to organisational and relationship development.
The Oasis Approach
Our approach to learning allows the individual to create a bespoke process to meet the specific needs of the situation they are working within.
The programme is applied, experiential and based in dialogue, focusing on real work life issues.
Participants are encouraged to practise and develop their new approaches and skills in a peer based learning context.
“Collaboration in Action has been worth its weight. It has been cascaded to all staff and the feedback has been exceptional.”
