We also offer customised packages for those with specific requirements, such as continued access to the developer for a fixed monthly fee.

The benefit of this option is that your Executive Developer will devote as much time to you as you require over a fixed period, working with you on key issues and/or dealing with situations as and when they arise.

It offers you maximum flexibility. The developer is accessible to you during the day, evening or even weekends where necessary, for face-to-face, telephone or email consultation.

The specific contract varies from person to person but could include alongside support to newly-appointed CEOs and senior directors, for a four or six-month period.

You have the peace of mind that, in addition to pre-arranged sessions, you can contact your Executive Developer whenever needed during this period.

For the commissioning organisation, it offers a transparent, fixed-fee contract.
