Knowing when to stop

The development we offer at Oasis is geared towards maximising the autonomy of the individual. Our aim is not to foster dependency but to allow a person to develop more of who they need to be to fulfil the role and the life they have chosen to lead.

For this reason, time away from the process for reflection and review is vital. For clients undertaking a longer-term development process we strongly recommend a review break after 18 months.
