Community and Employee Engagement: Who do we work with?

We are committed to community and employee engagement processes.

We fulfil this commitment through supporting new initiatives, social businesses and social entrepreneurs. We support new initiatives, foundations, social businesses and organisations committed to public purpose, including the Ethical Property Company, Paul Hamlyn Foundation, LEAD International, MAC-UK, Joseph Rowntree Foundation, Changing Minds, and YUMI (York Unifying Multicultural Initiative).

Within public purpose organisations we work with health and social care sectors, housing and criminal justice.

We also work with business organisations, so long as they are committed to a renewed purpose of business that reflects social and environmental sustainability as well as economic wellbeing. For instance, since 2006, we have been the organisational development partners of Bettys & Taylors of Harrogate.
