What we do

Each of the Co-directors works closely with organisational partners in a long-term relationship using a Whole Person Learning approach.

Our learning in the world is translated into services of the following kinds:

Combining radical dialogue, a collaborative approach and meaningful action, we focus on:

  • Enabling deep culture change within organisations, teams and groups
  • Developing globally responsible leadership and practice (incorporating planetary citizenship)
  • Embedding social innovation (including community engagement, networking and change agency)
  • Facilitating authentic collaboration and collaborative relationships
  • Raising consciousness.

Communities, partnerships and organisations use us as consultants when engaging with culture change, significant transitions or reviewing their direction.

We support organisations and individuals through development, wellbeing services and learning programmes.

We are often asked to collaboratively design and implement development processes such as collaborative inquiries, governance development, peer learning groups and full circles.

One way we disseminate our learning is through Oasis Press publications and manuals.

In addition, the Oasis Foundation works alongside, and receives support from, the Oasis School of Human Relations.

“The most basic questions about human living – how to live and what to do – are fundamentally questions about human relations, because people’s lives are deeply connected, psychologically, economically and politically.”

Carol Gilligan
