Global Responsibility in Practice

                An Advanced Diploma leading to the
                MSc in Globally Responsible Leadership
                developed in partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University.

                This is an exciting and unique opportunity to immerse oneself and learn experientially, through a Whole Person Learning Approach about one of the key issues of our times – Globally Responsible Leadership.

                Building on our success in facilitating two year intensive experiential diplomas for 18 years, this programme spans the intra-personal to the cosmic; the local to the global; economic to the ecological; from concept to practice as we grapple to develop our response to the immense and provoking challenges of our times.  The programme can be taken as a diploma or a masters leading to a MSc in Globally Responsible Leadership in partnership with Leeds Metropolitan University and as a gateway action in the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative (GRLI) www.globallyresponsibleleaders.net

                Who for?

                Those interested in creatively manifesting their unique response as a planetary citizen to the interdependent global issues that confront us.

                Those to whom these three laws speak;

                The Law of the Environment

                The natural world is not a stakeholder in our businesses; it is the ultimate foundation of our rules.

                The Law of Interconnectedness

                Everything, everywhere is linked in a single system.

                Therefore every action must be considered in the context of its effect on the whole system.

                The Law of Engagement

                Globally Responsible Leaders must become engaged in solving the dilemmas that confront us as a consequence of the first two laws.

                             From the work of GRLI

                Those who recognise that working through relationship is central to all of our work be that one-to-one work; in groups and teams; or organisations and communities.

                Benefits

                We have spent 20 plus years developing a Whole Person Learning approach which has been endorsed by the GRLI; a network of business schools and global companies and organisations who believe the old ways of doing business need to be superseded by a whole new approach to life, business and the planet.  This programme offers you opportunities to;

                • develop and act out of your own world view
                • develop the life skills needed to manifest and sustain your development
                • shape and influence the programme in a co-creative forum and thus practise the skills required for the future

                Programme elements
