Live Research
                Maze Web

We have several projects running that constitute live research; these include co-operative inquiries, a leadership inquiry, peer learning groups and action learning sets. We work in partnership with individuals, organisations and institutions in new paradigm research.

Initiatives range from a global inquiry developed by the UN and EFMD (European Foundation for Management Development) exploring and recommending how to develop globally responsible leadership to local research projects considering questions related to such areas as diversity, creativity, citizenship and whole person learning. For more details on any of these inquires simply click on the links above.

This aspect of Oasis creates networks of pioneering individuals, working as a catalyst to new discoveries that promote individual and social transformation. Live Research embarks on inquiries at the learning edge of leadership, transpersonal studies, education, collaboration, and related areas that bear upon transformative practice and the continued evolution of human relationships.

We are developing close relationships with similar minded organisations around the world including the South Pacific Centre for Human Inquiry in New Zealand and CDRA (Community Development Resource Association) in South Africa. Oasis is currently developing a project exploring peer learning within Europe and developing resource materials along with recognition for peer learning processes.
