Focus, experience and interests

Originally from Denmark, Lise has lived in the UK for twenty six years whilst keeping her links to Scandinavia.   Having worked in administration roles for a number of years in both London and the North of England, Lise found her way to Oasis in 1998. 

The role for which Lise was recruited changed rapidly and with her experience and expertise she took on significant responsibilities in all areas of the administration of the School including sustaining our relationship with awarding, funding and accrediting bodies. 
 
Lise holds administration responsibilities which include human resources, centre activities, communication and central services.  Lise brings a keen interest in working collaboratively with both those employed within Oasis and the wider client constituency.   Lise is committed to improving the infrastructure processes at Oasis as the organisation grows and widens its geographical reach, and is currently seeking to improve our client communication systems.  

The last few years has seen a strong focus on Oasis programmes, from the initial promotion and recruitment to ensuring a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere at the centre.

Lise is keen to further her experience in staff development, whilst continuing to ensure she develops both personally and professionally.
