Focus, experience and interests

Chris has been involved with Oasis since 1992 as facilitator, director and developer.

Chris's role focuses on Oasis Peoplecare, the fastest growing area of Oasis which provides workforce counselling, health and well-being provision throughout the UK.  As a result, Chris brings a depth of understanding of the developmental needs of practitioners and organisations.  Current clients include Saint Gobain, Rexam, St John Ambulance and Skipton Building Society.

She has a particular interest in the training and development of practitioners, including their post-graduate development.

She has worked with a variety of organisations - commercial, education and health - delivering short and long-term programmes designed to enhance the performance and motivation of staff, mentors and executives.

Chris also works with individuals as a supervisor, mentor and counsellor.
