Honouring; learning; evolving: towards 2014

January 25th 2012 in News 0

In this new document we review and reflect on the learning, achievements and developments at Oasis and look forward towards 2014.

Since we last produced a public organisational report, in 2004, we have seen immense changes in our focus, work and personnel. Our approach and way of working is having more and more resonance in the world, and we have developed as an organisation.

We have honed and explored our purpose – to inspire and develop 21st century relationships.

This publication honours the clients we partner with, the planet we are part of and the contribution of Bryce Taylor, who died in March 2010.

It reflects the learning, sometimes life-changing, that we have experienced with the organisations we work with, the Oasis charitable foundation and the Globally Responsible Leadership Initiative.

As we look toward 2014 and what we hope the future may hold we continue to evolve as an organisation. We are constantly inquiring, working with the emergent questions and creating a new way of being in the world. We are also continuing to learn as we live out the questions of power and authority, gender, the self and other, collaboration, authenticity and relationship.

Copies will be available soon.
