Launch of Leadership Works – the online CLP evaluation hub

The Cultural Leadership Programme Team has developed Leadership Works to host a diverse range of leadership content—evaluative essays, video case studies and leadership journeys—which mark the key outcomes from the Programme since its launch in 2006.

This online approach has been developed to capture and reflect the dynamism of the programme, which has spanned the cultural and creative sectors, emerging, mid-career and senior leaders, as well as Board development and the wider issues of governance.

Leadership Works is designed to be intuitive, dynamic and interactive and content can be explored by type, theme or tags. Each page also features suggestions for related reading, links and videos.

This leadership hub gives a rich reflection of the core content of CLP Programmes and provides continuing access to the strategies, processes and approaches adopted by the CLP and Programme Partners in creating and innovating new activities. This broad access is set to encourage and facilitate the embedding of innovative, collaborative and entrepreneurial approaches as core leadership behaviours going forward.
