Director of New Initiatives

In her role as Director of New Initiatives, Lise ensures that all our services are designed and delivered to the highest standards.

Having cultivated a strong team, Lise has built our service over the last few years into one with a well-deserved reputation, reflecting effective intervention, a human relations approach and collaborative working.

In collaboration with the Directors Group Lise shapes the strategy for Oasis New Initiatives. Whilst one-to-one work is central to this, she also makes sure that the different aspects of our work, including organisational development, team development and community and employee engagement, complement each other.

Lise has been with Oasis for nearly 13 years and held managerial responsibilities, including human resources; centre and programme development; communications; central services and Head of Peoplecare, before being appointed Director of New Initiatives.
