Human Relations Practitioners

We work with human relations practitioners in locations across the UK and internationally.

They deliver counselling services, facilitate programmes and offer wellbeing interventions.

They come from a wide variety of backgrounds. Many have trained with Oasis.

All counselling practitioners who work with Oasis hold a diploma in counselling/human relations, have a minimum of 200 hours of supervised counselling practice, professional liability insurance and agree to regular supervision.

All have understanding of what it is like to work in organisations today and all have had training in brief counselling or solution focused brief therapy so that clients are able to get the most out of their allocation of sessions.
