Background

My commercial experience ranges from general management of a small consultancy to the management of large multidisciplinary project teams across Europe.

I spent 15 years leading teams marketing brands such as The Sunday Times, Philips and Peugeot working in both client and agency contexts in senior management positions.

Developing people has always been a passion of mine, both in the workplace and in community and voluntary projects. I enjoy working with leaders at all levels.

In addition to my work as a consultant and executive developer I am a qualified integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a small private practice. I hold an MSc in Transpersonal Psychology and am often to be found researching, writing and presenting in this field.

Currently

I am an associate of Oasis and regularly co-facilitate short projects and longer in-house programmes alongside Oasis Directors.

I work as a consultant, mentor and facilitator for those wishing to respond to the changes and challenges of the modern workplace. This work is with individuals, teams, leaders and organizations.

I maintain my marketing thread by regularly training marketing diploma modules in the areas of branding, advertising, electronic media, negotiation and presentation.

Executive Development

In my practice I enjoy working with people on what really makes a difference to them, be that presenting more confidently, improving a troublesome key relationship or taking on major new international initiatives.
