My experience is as a Manager, Chief Executive and Company Director, working across the private, public and voluntary sectors within design teams and regeneration initiatives.
I have learned to build alliances that encourage an honest exchange of thoughts and feelings based on trust and mutual understanding.
From this foundation it is possible to support my clients’ personal inquiry and unlock new understanding as to how personality and life experience converge and are expressed in personal responses to current dilemmas.
Together we can discover what limits and optimises effective personal and co-operative action and enable positive change.
Increasingly my work has focused on developing people through enabling personal creative processes and supporting the manifestation of new initiatives and directions in response to growing uncertainty and the profound cultural crises emerging in organisations and communities.
I am motivated to support leaders at all levels of society to reaffirm their underlying values and reach for positive change for themselves, for others with whom they work and the wider world, as part of my wider commitment to building a sustainable future for the emerging transition generation.
I currently work as a mentor, coach, relationship counsellor and Human Relations Consultant with a wide diversity of individuals and groups from across all sectors and positions in life.
