Peter Stott

I have worked in the fields of housing, homelessness and community development since 1976.

Since 1993 I have been (and continue to be) a member of senior/leadership teams, first at Circle 33 Housing Trust in London, and currently at Home Group, a national affordable housing and care services provider based in the North East, where I was Acting CEO during most of 2008.

I have extensive direct experience both of operations leadership and the leadership of strategic services including organisational strategy and business planning, marketing and procurement.

I hold the Open University MBA.

Executive Development

I place a strong emphasis on personal, team and organisational development and have gained many benefits myself from good mentors.

My approach as a mentor is to facilitate the working out of key questions by the mentee, and then to assist in keeping focus on those questions, and provide an active listening space in which they can be explored.
