Background
I have been working in the field of Human Relations for over 20 years, initially in the not-for-profit sector, both as a practitioner and manager of support services, and then within training and development.
I began working with Oasis in the early 1990s, becoming a Co-Director in 1996.
My work over the last 17 years has ranged from facilitating longer term Certificate and Diploma Human Relations programmes, working with conflict processes – building resilience, conflict resolution and facilitation – to team development and working alongside organisations in developing practitioners, managers and leaders that take account of the human dimension in organisational development.
Executive Development
I enjoy working with those who recognise that development begins with the ‘self’ – those who have an interest in engaging with the internal, as well as external questions and challenges one faces in the process of becoming.
I have a particular interest in the exploration of freedom, responsibility and accountability at an individual, organisational and societal level and working with personal, interpersonal or organisational resistances to change.
In the consulting process I bring a Whole Person perspective and a commitment to working with and embracing real diversity, collaboration and working through relationship.
