With a substantial background in education, in both primary settings and higher education, I developed my work in the field of child, family and adult development.
From the late 1980s I built on my behavioural and emotional specialisms and have worked extensively as a counsellor in both private practice and within employee assistance provision (EAP).
This has led to receiving professional accreditation in my roles as both counsellor and supervisor.
Latterly my contribution has extended to working with individuals interested in examining their own career development and the issues facing them in their work setting as individuals, managers or leaders.
Executive Development
The consulting process is such that both involved carry responsibility and accountability.
It is a place where an individual can be supported to find their own voice and work out their own decisions through conversations that matter.
