For ten years, individual, community and whole organisation development have been at the core of my consulting practice.
My work has been focused on facilitating organisational change, future-creation, monitoring evaluation and impact assessment, and one-to-one executive development.
I work with managers and leaders at all stages of their development and learning. Within the Oasis Executive Development scoping framework, my particular areas of expertise are in developing:
- Human relations
- Strategic practice
- Inspiration and meaning-making
- Globally responsible leadership.
In valuing the potential of the individual, my approach to one-to-one work frees the person to discern what they want to develop in themselves, and helps them carry that into the personal and professional situations they find themselves in.
My career began in the commercial world, qualifying and practising as a solicitor. I subsequently moved to the not-for-profit sector, gaining experience at all levels including staff member, trustee and volunteer.
I have a post-graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership and in 2001 completed a two-year Facilitator Styles and the Work of the Change Agent programme with the Oasis School of Human Relations.
