Helping individuals and organisations to Find Their Voice is at the heart of all the work I do.

I have a background as a network television and radio broadcaster, and as a journalist have devoted many years to social campaigning in one form or another.

I am a voice and presentation coach to media professionals and also work in the private, corporate and public sector. My fifth book Find Your Voice is published by Little Brown.

I have discovered whether I work with lawyers, health professionals, teachers, authors, the police or CEOs, helping them to ignore their inner critic and speak their truth has been the foundation stone of all my sessions.

Clear communication can truly transform our lives both personally and professionally.

I am a trained Frameworks for Change facilitator, and having been in recovery for many years I have an interest and commitment to helping people with Addiction and Co-dependency issues.

The core development areas I offer include Media Training, Voice and Presentation skills, Corporate Coaching, Assertiveness Skills, Profile Raising, Interview Techniques, Team Building and Leadership Development.

Whilst I am based in Bath I do travel more widely within the UK and abroad.
